Slumber Buddies Review
They’re so cute and relaxing! Slumber Buddies are up there with my favourite night time soother. This toy just has so many features compared to others in it’s field. The fact you can choose the time limit on it is fantastic, it really comes in handy as, more often than not, 30 seconds isn’t long enough to soothe your child back to sleep. It takes away the need to go clicking various paws and buttons to get them to replay and just lets you and your baby relax and enjoy the show. It’s a great night light too, making the patterns of a night time sky instead of just a glow is a really awesome feature for your kids. The blue and green settings are very bright so I’d have it placed above your child rather than in the cot or bed with them. Red, however, is a bit too dull.
I love how it does nature sounds as well as lullabies. When my baby would sleep in my room, I found nature sounds a lot more appealing to me over lullabies. Though the “water” sound does sound more like a running tap than natural water, which is a shame in my opinion as that could have been the best feature.
All in all though, this is a brilliant toy for soothing cranky babies and young children, sometimes even tired adults! If you’re looking for a soothing night time toy that goes that extra mile, Slumber Buddies are for you!
