Spin and Swim Ariel Review Visuals
Spin and Swim Ariel is just so pretty! She’s kind of Barbie-like facially and the hair is Barbie quality too. Her tail is made of a soft, flexible material so when she’s in the bath, it looks very mermaid like! Ariel has grip on her tail too making it easy to grip her in the water.
Spin and Swim Ariel is a beautiful, colourful toy made of quality materials!
Dimensions; 2.5 x 9 x 12.8 inches.
Spin and Swim Ariel Review Features
Spin and Swim Ariel comes with Flounder and Sebastian. She has a belt that you attach 2 plastic “arms” to and put Flounder and Sebastian on separate ends. You then wind her up using a little blue seashell on her back and they spin around her! They spin really fast actually. Spin and Swim Ariel is kept floating by the blue belt wind up mechanism which makes her look like she’s dancing in the water. Tail submerged, visible from the waist up. Think water based Sky Dancers, if you remember them!
Spin and Swim Ariel Review
The Spin and Swim Ariel doll is essentially a high quality wind up bath toy. However, she does work really, really well in the water. The doll floats and spins without the usual bath time toy niggles of capsizing or sinking.
This Ariel doll is pretty tall though, so to see her in all her glory, you’d have to run the bath a little deeper than most parents usually run baths for their little ones.
This toy is great fun in and out of the water though. It would make a lovely addition to any Disney Princess fans collection!
